- We defined wax grades available readily or from modified production conditions, analysed their properties and derived their functionalities.
- We carried out a desk-based research for existing applications of comparable waxes and derived further functionalities.
- We selected industries with a likely need for such functionalities and interviewed potential customers in these industries to confirm the need.
- We used the functionalities to trigger an idea generation workshop with our client and participants from most promising potential customers.
